Base Salary
$145k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engineer and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of scalable process improvements within the Financial Systems ecosystem.
- Architect and facilitate the integration of new subsidiaries and business ventures into the Financial Systems stack.
- Implement programmatic system configurations that balance business logic with compliance standards.
- Mentor junior team members on configuration quality and system design patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business strategy.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance lifecycle of third-party bundles and plugins.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of backlog items and translate business objectives into system requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to architect and execute comprehensive testing frameworks.
- Design and enforce system controls compliant with SOX requirements.
- Lead technical engagements with third-party vendors.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Corporate Financial Systems stack.
- Participate in product support rotation and incident response.
- Lead design and code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT or Financial systems configuration.
- Experience supporting Financial Systems in a multi-company/multi-national environment.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Avalara, and Stripe.
- Familiarity with NetSuite REST/SOAP APIs and SuiteScript.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and automation concepts.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel.
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion.
- Strong understanding of the Agile process.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
