Base Salary

$145k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Engineer and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of scalable process improvements within the Financial Systems ecosystem.
  • Architect and facilitate the integration of new subsidiaries and business ventures into the Financial Systems stack.
  • Implement programmatic system configurations that balance business logic with compliance standards.
  • Mentor junior team members on configuration quality and system design patterns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business strategy.
  • Manage the deployment and maintenance lifecycle of third-party bundles and plugins.
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of backlog items and translate business objectives into system requirements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to architect and execute comprehensive testing frameworks.
  • Design and enforce system controls compliant with SOX requirements.
  • Lead technical engagements with third-party vendors.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Corporate Financial Systems stack.
  • Participate in product support rotation and incident response.
  • Lead design and code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT or Financial systems configuration.
  • Experience supporting Financial Systems in a multi-company/multi-national environment.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Avalara, and Stripe.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite REST/SOAP APIs and SuiteScript.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and automation concepts.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel.
  • Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion.
  • Strong understanding of the Agile process.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
