$145k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Engineer and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of scalable process improvements within the Financial Systems ecosystem.
Architect and facilitate the integration of new subsidiaries and business ventures into the Financial Systems stack.
Implement programmatic system configurations that balance business logic with compliance standards.
Mentor junior team members on configuration quality and system design patterns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business strategy.
Manage the deployment and maintenance lifecycle of third-party bundles and plugins.
Evaluate the technical feasibility of backlog items and translate business objectives into system requirements.
Collaborate with the development team to architect and execute comprehensive testing frameworks.
Design and enforce system controls compliant with SOX requirements.
Lead technical engagements with third-party vendors.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Corporate Financial Systems stack.
Participate in product support rotation and incident response.
Lead design and code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards.

5+ years of relevant work experience in IT or Financial systems configuration.
Experience supporting Financial Systems in a multi-company/multi-national environment.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Avalara, and Stripe.
Familiarity with NetSuite REST/SOAP APIs and SuiteScript.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and automation concepts.
Strong communication skills to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel.
Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion.
Strong understanding of the Agile process.
