Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed design documents, design approaches, implementation strategies, algorithms, and code structures.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Lead analysis, design, and implementation planning for technical and business solutions.
- Define, prototype, and recommend technology solutions and identify interfaces for product integration.
- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise solutions while providing technical leadership.
- Conduct code, design, and architectural reviews and promote strong software design practices.
- Evaluate tools and technologies, including modern architectural standards, patterns, and practices.
- Mentor team members on software design, implementation strategy, CI/CD, and test automation.
- Contribute to team leadership, scoping, estimation, and scheduling activities.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a global delivery environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering.
- 12+ years of application development experience with large-scale business applications in an agile or fast-paced environment.
- At least four years of experience architecting solutions using .NET technologies.
- 12–15 years of experience designing and developing web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, web services, WCF, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
- Expert working knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and Angular.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience building systems with high security standards and familiarity with common vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
- Knowledge of software quality standards, legislation, best practices, Agile, continuous delivery, continuous integration, and DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Telerik, Kendo MVC, Kendo UI, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Azure, and cloud experience are preferred or advantageous.
