Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, serving as a subject matter expert and contributing to key decisions.
- Provide technical solutions and guidance to immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Coordinate software architecture with business requirements and stakeholder objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize development processes and product performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance.
- Strong problem-solving and technical guidance abilities.
- 15 years of full-time education.
