Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead Workday integration development and establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize complex Workday HCM and Payroll integrations with third-party enterprise applications.
- Build API-driven and secure file-based integrations supporting benefits, tax, timekeeping, scheduling, recruiting, and workforce data exchange.
- Develop complex message flows and transformations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, XML, and Workday APIs/web services.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, interface monitoring, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and ongoing production support.
- Lead integration testing, deployment validation, go-live readiness, technical documentation, and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, vendors, implementation partners, and operational teams throughout integration initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in an on-call rotation as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- At least six years of experience implementing Workday integrations and supporting ERP systems, including integration development and support.
- Active Workday Finance, HCM/Payroll, and Workday Studio certifications.
- Experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, XML, APIs/web services, secure file transfer, enterprise integration platforms, middleware, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing API-driven solutions using RESTful and SOAP services.
- Knowledge of HCM and Payroll integration touchpoints, particularly Benefits and other HR-related vendor or enterprise system integrations.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, two or more years supporting Workday integrations in higher education or healthcare, Workday HCM or Payroll implementation experience, and Payroll or Benefits integration experience.
- Preferred certifications or knowledge include HL7, Epic Bridges or Interconnect, PMP, ITIL Foundation, data security and privacy practices, Epic, and Kodiak.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder collaboration, project coordination, and technical leadership skills.
