Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship high-quality software to users.
- Build and iterate on Droplet’s document automation products and architecture.
- Work across the web stack, including user interface and infrastructure development.
- Collaborate with product, design, and customer success to understand user problems and build appropriate solutions.
- Create technical designs that address user needs.
- Provide technical leadership and help other engineers become more effective.
- Use AI-enabled development practices and tools to improve delivery quality and reduce toil.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional software development experience.
- At least three years of experience with JavaScript.
- At least three years of experience with AWS or a comparable cloud environment.
- Experience using LLMs responsibly for AI-enabled software development and helping others improve their use of AI.
- Ability to work productively across the web stack from UI to infrastructure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with product and design on user needs and technical designs.
- Experience providing technical leadership and helping other engineers improve.
