Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical escalation point for global premium publishers.
Diagnose and resolve integration issues involving code, network traffic, and ad-server configurations.
Lead implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs for Brazilian customers in Portuguese.
Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of PubGuru and Advanced Ads for high-value accounts.
Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations for customer websites and mobile apps.
Consult with Business Development and Account Management teams on configurations that improve ad revenue.
Explain complex ad-tech concepts and value propositions to non-technical customers.
Translate customer issues and feature requests into structured technical requirements for Product and Engineering teams.

At least 5 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or customer-facing Support Engineer.
Complete fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and excellent English communication skills.
Strong practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/network protocols.
Experience using Chrome DevTools to debug script execution, layout shifts, and page latency.
Strong customer communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or Google Publisher Tags is preferred.
Successful completion of the required TestDome assessment.
