Responsibilities
- Build trusted, long-term customer partnerships and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the focal point between customers and Oracle’s internal teams.
- Support continuity and renewal of Oracle Cloud credit contracts and identify Cloud IaaS/PaaS upsell opportunities.
- Design, co-create, and present technology solutions, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and customer reference cases.
- Conduct cloud adoption and project-return analyses and coordinate implementation and support estimates with services teams and partners.
- Provide technical consulting on Oracle Cloud and multi-cloud offerings when needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Education, Channels, Pre-Sales, Marketing, services teams, and partners to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Lead internal alignment, resource engagement, and preparation of complete customer proposals.
Requirements
- Knowledge of public-cloud architecture, including Oracle Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience in the financial-services market, multi-cloud environments, and traditional IT infrastructure.
- Practical experience planning, developing, and delivering on-premises-to-cloud migration projects.
- Knowledge of data-center architectures, servers, storage, backup, operating systems, databases, connectivity, replication, RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, networking, and communication protocols.
- Ability to provide technical consulting, develop business cases, calculate project and investment returns, and communicate solution benefits to executives and customers.
- Basic-to-intermediate English and/or Spanish.
- Strong collaboration, communication, leadership, creativity, flexibility, and customer relationship skills.
