Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI systems, state machines, search-based conversational systems, and multimodal workflows.
- Implement MCP servers and clients for context exchange among agents, data sources, and external tools.
- Develop production-ready Python and occasional TypeScript code across frontend, backend, and infrastructure tasks.
- Manage the DevOps and MLOps lifecycle, including Docker containerization, CI/CD, cloud architecture, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, data curation, preprocessing, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and synthetic data generation.
- Design, customize, fine-tune, and optimize LLM-based and traditional AI algorithms, including classification, clustering, and regression models.
- Develop prompt-engineering strategies and optimize inference speed, latency, caching, and resource usage.
- Create evaluation pipelines using metrics such as BLEU and ROUGE, RAG retrieval accuracy, A/B testing, and human-rating frameworks.
- Implement observability, telemetry, drift detection, anomaly identification, and real-time monitoring for AI systems.
- Translate technical results into actionable insights and consult with enterprise stakeholders on technology approaches.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and data science, including exposure to generative AI, agents, and classical ML.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with generative large language models and agents.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle and deploying models at scale.
- Expert production-grade Python skills and practical AWS cloud architecture experience, including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Deep expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks, agentic system design, and state-machine logic.
- Experience building production AI systems involving RAG, vector databases, MCP, integrations, observability, DevOps, and durable system designs.
- Expertise in API design, CI/CD, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and agent-enabled software development lifecycles.
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, NoSQL, data lakes, statistics, data manipulation, synthetic data generation, and feature engineering.
- A bachelor's, master's, engineering degree, PhD, or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and experience working in highly regulated industries are advantages.
- Strong analytical, communication, consulting, collaboration, ownership, and responsible AI capabilities, including understanding of bias, fairness, hallucination mitigation, and ethical deployment.
- English proficiency at C1+ level and willingness to work from Hyderabad with working hours overlapping Central European Time.
