Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable application-heavy solutions using Java Spring Boot and Python, with contributions to React or Angular frontends.
- Design cloud-native application architectures focused on performance, maintainability, integration, and portability across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, REST, GraphQL, Kafka, message queues, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
- Implement practical AI features and apply Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation approaches to enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform or Bicep, monitoring, and infrastructure support.
- Optimize application performance and security through code reviews, testing, secure coding practices, and enterprise security standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, infrastructure teams, and technical and non-technical stakeholders while providing hands-on support and mentorship.
- Stay current with full-stack development, cloud technologies, and AI advancements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is stated as the minimum requirement.
- 5 to 12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role focused on application-heavy systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Practical experience with REST APIs, message queues, microservices architecture, and cloud-native services.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and practical AI or ML integration.
- Understanding of secure coding, IAM, encryption, performance optimization, debugging, and problem-solving.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 15 years of full-time education.
- Azure Developer Associate or similar certification is preferred.
