Responsibilities
- Support architectural planning and Agentforce solution design discussions.
- Design, build, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Define agent architecture, orchestration flows, prompts, intents, integrations, and lifecycle management.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, and external systems.
- Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integration components.
- Recommend agent design patterns and explain solution trade-offs.
- Build proof-of-concepts demonstrating Agentforce capabilities.
- Mentor development teams on Agentforce implementation standards and best practices.
- Enforce Salesforce architecture principles, coding standards, scalability, security, and deployment governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and support multiple workstreams and enterprise customer implementations.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, with the posting also citing 8–10 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development and technical architecture experience.
- Proven experience building and deploying Salesforce Agents with Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Knowledge of conversational AI, prompt engineering, orchestration logic, and agent-based design patterns.
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce governor limits, scalable solution design, and enterprise implementations.
- Required certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, and Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect, either in progress or completed.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, team guidance, and workstream coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery methodology.
