Responsibilities
- Support architectural planning and Agentforce solution design discussions.
- Design, build, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Define agent architecture, orchestration flows, prompts, intents, integrations, and agent lifecycle processes.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data models, Flows, Apex, and external systems using REST and SOAP.
- Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and related technical components.
- Recommend agent design patterns and explain solution trade-offs.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, architectural, coding, and deployment standards.
- Build proofs of concept demonstrating advanced Agentforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and guide teams across multiple workstreams.
- Mentor development teams on Agentforce best practices and implementation standards.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience; the posting also cites 8–10 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, technical architecture, and enterprise customer implementations.
- Proven experience building and deploying Salesforce Agents with Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, prompt engineering, orchestration logic, governor limits, design patterns, and scalable solution design.
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce AI Associate, and Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certifications are mandatory.
- Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect certification, in progress or completed, is mandatory.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, team guidance, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery methodology.
