Responsibilities
- Guide the design and implementation of complex application systems in accordance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Lead small- to medium-sized engineering projects by coordinating resources and timelines.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions using multiple information sources.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects to build consensus and achieve successful outcomes.
- Apply strategic thinking and market and competitive awareness to support organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Expertise in primary and related technical domains and proficiency with a range of technologies.
- Ability to solve sophisticated technical issues using analytical judgment.
- Experience leading and managing small- to medium-sized projects from inception through completion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, consensus-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and their application within an organization.
- Ability to mentor and support colleagues with less experience.
- Knowledge of market differentiators and the competitive landscape.
