Responsibilities
- Design Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, skill-based routing, class structures, data models, indexing, and reporting.
- Develop integrations with databases and external systems using SOAP/REST, HTTP connectors and services, JMS, MQ, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Build reusable components and implement Pega ruleset hierarchy, security, access groups, roles, and privileges.
- Apply code reviews, guardrail compliance, AES and SMA tools, deployment practices, and project-level metrics.
- Develop user interface and reporting elements using HTML, JavaScript, and PL/SQL.
- Apply Pega decision management techniques and develop applications rather than focusing predominantly on maintenance work.
- Coordinate Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams and manage project team activities.
- Handle client calls independently and support project delivery under pressure.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is stated, with an overall minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience.
- Mandatory expertise in Pega Platform and Pega frameworks including CS, CSHC, CWS, and CMF.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Python, integrations, system development, deployment, security, reporting, and Pega application design.
- Experience with prompt engineering and the ability to manage teams and client communications independently.
- Mandatory Pega CSA and CSSA certifications; CLSA Part 1 is preferred.
- Certifications in Anthropic, AWS, or Google are preferred.
- React.js, Node.js, and upgrade experience are preferred.
- Requires 15 years of full-time education.
