Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation for Kubernetes installation, maintenance, and monitoring.
- Build microservices, APIs, workflows, documentation, and Kubernetes operators.
- Develop infrastructure and application-level automation using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Own and enhance significant platform components for scalable, reliable, and secure operation.
- Improve cloud-native capabilities, including service mesh infrastructure.
- Lead projects and initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and improve engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Golang.
- Deep knowledge of designing and implementing microservices and APIs.
- Strong experience building mission-critical cloud-native backend systems.
- Strong experience with LLM-assisted coding practices and tools such as Codex and Cursor.
- Expertise in test and quality automation.
- Kubernetes administration skills are preferred.
- Experience mentoring colleagues, designing and building workflows, and using Temporal is preferred.
- Full-stack software engineering experience is preferred.
- Team or project management experience is preferred.
Benefits
- Monthly compensation of EUR 5750 - EUR 7083.33.
