Responsibilities
- Build automation for Kubernetes installation, maintenance, and monitoring.
- Develop microservices, APIs, workflows, and supporting documentation.
- Design and implement scalable AWS infrastructure and application-level automation.
- Own significant system components and improve platform reliability and security.
- Develop Kubernetes operators and enhance service mesh infrastructure.
- Lead projects and initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor colleagues.
- Improve engineering practices and reduce manual operational overhead.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Golang.
- Deep knowledge of designing and implementing microservices and APIs.
- Strong experience building mission-critical cloud-native backend systems.
- Experience with LLM-assisted coding practices and tools such as Codex and Cursor.
- Expertise in test and quality automation.
- Kubernetes administration skills are preferred.
- Experience designing and building workflows is preferred.
- Experience with Temporal is preferred.
- Full-stack software engineering experience is preferred.
- Team or project management experience is preferred.
- Mentoring skills are preferred.
