Responsibilities
- Identify manual and repetitive tasks across engineering groups and lead their transformation into robust automated solutions.
- Scale efficiency across the development lifecycle while aligning tactical fixes with broader architectural strategy.
- Mentor and coach team members to identify optimization opportunities and implement high-quality solutions.
- Design flexible and scalable systems that operate within a larger network of microservices.
- Build, own, and operate systems with high levels of resilience and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development principles in a backend or full-stack environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- AI proficiency or curiosity and willingness to use emerging technology to improve individual and team productivity.
- Payments or financial knowledge is preferred but not required.
