Responsibilities
- Build reliable and scalable payment-processing services for transfers and payouts.
- Design and develop distributed, concurrent, and microservice-based systems.
- Work with relational databases, messaging queues, and database schemas.
- Write testable, maintainable, high-quality code and participate in code reviews.
- Increase automation to support product scalability.
- Collaborate on cross-team projects and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Use customer-focused and data-driven approaches to address payment problems and customer pain points.
Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience with solid Java 11 or later knowledge.
- Experience with the Spring framework and microservice best practices.
- Experience with distributed and concurrent systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of microservice architecture patterns.
- Experience working with relational databases, messaging queues, and schema design.
- Strong product mindset, customer focus, communication skills, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
