Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications while adapting features to business requirements.
- Optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Manage releases, maintain compatibility and performance, and troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services and use low-code platforms to extend packaged software functionality.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, contribute to key decisions, and coordinate project communication.
- Act as an SME, manage team performance, make team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and strong knowledge of related web application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services within packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and maintain system stability.
- Understanding of low-code platforms and their use in extending packaged software functionality.
- 15 years of full-time education.
