Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure software systems for project requirements or product-lifecycle stages.
- Apply software technologies, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and project teams.
- Perform system integration, data migration, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance improvement in regulated environments.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to complex problems across teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Veeva Vault.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault is required.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience with system integration and data migration within regulated environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to software systems in life sciences or related industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software configuration and deployment.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
