Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support incident and problem management, enhancement delivery, governance, SLA adherence, monitoring, and proactive support.
- Analyze SAP logs, short dumps, and condition records to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Document development processes, code changes, system configurations, and knowledge-base content.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions, work independently toward subject-matter expertise, and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP for Retail.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP Retail and S/4HANA Retail, including Article Master, Site Master, Pricing and Conditions, and Promotions.
- Understanding of SAP MM and SAP SD integration points with Retail.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with retail-system integration and retail business processes.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with Fiori apps in a Retail context.
- Exposure to POS CAR is advantageous.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools and SLA-driven support environments.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
