Responsibilities

Implement and support improvements that increase efficiency, software quality, and delivery speed.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps best practices across development and operations.
Work with development, QA, IT operations, information security, and other multidisciplinary teams.
Use containers, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, and Terraform to support cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
Translate stakeholder and business requirements into technical implementations.
Act as a business subject-matter expert and support efficient DevOps team practices.
Manage and influence stakeholders to ensure services operate effectively and work is prioritized appropriately.
Use monitoring tools to support system reliability and performance.
Travel as required.

5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Strong knowledge of AWS and experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Practical experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Extensive experience with DevOps tooling, containers, containerization, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
Experience with multiple database ecosystems, architecture, and integration.
Strong understanding of Kubernetes container orchestration and Helm package management.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders and transfer business requirements into technical implementations.
Willingness to travel.
Right to work in the UK.
Ability to attain UK Security Clearance.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Bash scripting, ArgoCD, Java with Spring, Kafka, Liquibase, Jenkins, GitOps, and database schema change management is beneficial.
