Responsibilities
- Build features, prototypes, and demos using Codex, Claude Code, and modern AI coding agents.
- Improve prototypes for reliability, scalability, and production readiness.
- Direct, evaluate, and control AI coding agents to increase engineering output.
- Collaborate with founders and senior engineers across product, engineering, and strategy.
- Explore new AI development workflows and contribute to a fast-moving product.
Requirements
- Regularly build with AI tools and provide examples of projects, repositories, demos, prototypes, or technical experiments.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, AI agents, and agentic development workflows.
- Show strong technical curiosity, independent problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn by building.
- Be comfortable shipping frequently and taking responsibility in a fast-moving environment.
- Formal credentials are not required; current students, recent graduates, and self-taught candidates may apply.
- Preferred experience includes creating AI or software development content, starting a project or company, experimenting with automations or developer tools, or having interest in AI infrastructure, enterprise AI, governance, or agentic systems.
