Responsibilities
- Contribute to defined delivery and build tasks, completing AI features with support from senior engineers.
- Build applied AI engineering fundamentals using established patterns and standards under review.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to improve engineering quality.
- Learn actively, develop technical capability, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Early-career industry, internship, or academic experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI-related development.
- Foundations in programming with Python or a related language.
- Genuine eagerness to learn, collaborative mindset, curiosity, and clear communication.
- Desirable exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AWS, Databricks, or modern data and ML tooling.
- Personal, academic, or open-source projects demonstrating interest in applied AI are desirable.
