Base Salary
$90k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain real-time, event-based systems supporting bonus mechanics for more than 140 million monthly active users.
- Develop low-latency, highly available microservices and full-stack applications handling intense traffic volumes.
- Contribute to solution proposals and identify areas for technical improvement.
- Implement solutions with innovative tooling and deploy them to complex distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Develop automation and developer tooling, including continuous build and CI systems.
- Communicate technical matters clearly to stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
- Commercial experience with web clients or server-side development.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Apache Flink, SQL, Golang, React, or TypeScript, with similar or alternative technologies also considered.
- Experience working in an environment with high volumes of change.
- Experience using AI technologies to enhance developer productivity.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
