Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, maintenance, and lifecycle management of scalable digital APIs.
- Drive API management, integration, and governance architecture, including scalable frameworks, patterns, standards, and secure, performant, cached data access methods.
- Automate API provisioning, configuration, and deployment, and develop self-service portals and tools for API testing, consumption, and onboarding.
- Deliver features and enhancements for digital integrations and API capabilities that advance business and technology goals.
- Establish reliable proactive and reactive support mechanisms to maximize uptime and minimize disruption.
- Onboard, assess, mentor, and develop Digital Solution Delivery team members.
- Provide tooling and training to support consistent adoption of integration standards across the organization.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability through skills, certifications, education, and/or experience to design secure, highly scalable APIs and data-driven Node.js applications.
- Experience optimizing development workflows through testing and automation, improving efficiency, and mentoring team members.
- Proficiency delivering modern cloud solutions across major platforms; Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
- Proficiency with integration patterns such as Event-Driven Architecture and Pub/Sub.
- Experience with data modeling and complex SQL queries is preferred.
- Experience with Marketing Technologies, Customer Data Platforms, and/or Loyalty Platforms is preferred.
- Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI to accelerate workflows and generate business solutions.
