Responsibilities

Lead the migration from the legacy design system to Spark UI and shape its frontend primitives, contracts, and documentation.
Build AI-ready codebase architecture through clear module boundaries, improved API contracts, semantic context, and structured documentation.
Design and implement multi-step agent workflows involving tool use, autonomous task execution, and human-gated checkpoints.
Run experiments with real users, evaluate results, and iterate based on evidence and learning velocity.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define user-focused product solutions.
Mentor teammates, conduct code reviews and pair programming, and share knowledge across the organization.
Improve frontend architecture and performance while helping establish reliable evaluation systems for AI-assisted development.

6–10+ years of experience building web applications.
Experience building single-page applications with JavaScript and React.
Experience with TypeScript and continuous or progressive delivery using feature flags is welcome.
Strong understanding of functional programming principles and confidence designing frontend architecture.
Passion for frontend performance and well-configured development editors and tooling.
Experience mentoring teammates, conducting code reviews, and pair programming.
Ability to bring product thinking to engineering work and explain user impact.
Experience using AI coding assistants and interest in agent-native architecture.
Experience as a founding engineer or founder, rapid 0-to-1 prototyping experience, production agentic-systems experience, or deep experience with multi-step LLM workflows is a strong fit.
Must have the legal right to work in the EU.

Annual base salary of 2,295,000–3,305,000 CZK.
