Responsibilities

Build onboarding flows and in-product guides that accelerate user activation.
Develop AI-driven growth experiments, including smart setup helpers, personalized onboarding, and AI suggestions.
Improve monetization and retention features across the product.
Lead high-impact growth experiments with product, design, data, and engineering partners.
Ship full-stack product features and set technical direction for AI-first product engineering.
Design and implement agent workflows with multi-step reasoning, tool use, autonomous task execution, and human-gated checkpoints.
Improve codebase architecture, API contracts, semantic context, and documentation so AI agents can work effectively.
Run experiments with real users and iterate based on evidence and measured learning velocity.
Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the organization.

6–10+ years of professional engineering experience working across frontend and backend systems.
Experience thinking about activation, conversion, retention, and business impact.
Experience collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and analysts.
Strong product thinking and the ability to explain why technical work matters to users.
Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, rapid learning, and iteration.
Experience using AI coding assistants and iterating on prompts in daily engineering workflows.
Interest in agent-native architecture, including codebases, APIs, and documentation designed for AI agents.
Strong fit for candidates who are former founders or founding engineers, 0-to-1 builders, or have built production agentic systems or multi-step LLM workflows involving tool use, memory, and orchestration.
