Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, customization, and optimization of complex CRM and Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain software architecture documentation.
  • Implement scalable CRM solutions, integrations, automation, data management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM-related technical issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for client work and pitches.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the team's vision and strategy.
  • Design and support Salesforce cloud solutions involving loyalty, consumer goods, financial services, field service, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud capabilities.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics across backend and frontend use cases.
  • Strong programming skills in Apex, C#, .NET, or comparable technologies.
  • Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for CRM integrations.
  • Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting.
  • Experience with CI/CD and version-control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.
  • Experience leading and managing development projects in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Strong experience analyzing customer data and generating insights with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.
  • Understanding of data segmentation, customer lifecycle management, personalization, and customer data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and guide junior team members.
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications include Application Architect, Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, JavaScript Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, CPQ Administrator or Developer, Field Service Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, and Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional.
