Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions using .NET, C#, and modern web technologies.
- Develop front-end functionality using React and contribute hands-on across design, implementation, deployment, and support.
- Support software architecture decisions and ensure solutions are maintainable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, development processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead technical initiatives and provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to other developers.
- Identify and apply technologies and approaches that improve delivery, quality, and business value.
Requirements
- Senior experience as a software developer, preferably in enterprise, SaaS, platform, or data-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, modern software engineering practices, and front-end technologies such as React.
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring or coaching developers.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud-based applications, scalable system design, relational databases, and data management solutions, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions in complex environments.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, data platforms, analytics solutions, data engineering concepts, Python, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in agile product development environments is preferred.
