Responsibilities
- Design, build, modify, and maintain automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated testing with Jenkins or Harness and support execution, triage, and refactoring.
- Develop reliable functional test automation and review automated test code for quality standards.
- Define and standardize QA processes, testing scope, priorities, and risk coverage.
- Create test plans, execute automated and manual tests, document defects, and support debugging.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, product, architecture, and release management teams.
- Mentor team members, provide quality engineering leadership, and support CI onboarding.
- Research and implement new automation technologies, including AI-assisted testing techniques.
- Improve automation coverage, test stability, and quality metrics.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of QA/SDET experience.
- Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Postman, Insomnia, NodeJS, Mocha, and Cucumber.
- Experience with Jenkins or Harness for CI/CD integration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, AngularJS, modern web frameworks, GenAI, AI/ML, advanced automation augmentation tools, JIRA, Xray, qTest, Allure Reports, Workday, and SAP.
