Responsibilities
- Design, build, modify, and maintain durable test automation frameworks.
- Develop reliable functional test automation and provide execution support, triage, and refactoring.
- Integrate automated testing with CI/CD using Jenkins or Harness.
- Review automated test code and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Define and standardize QA processes, testing scope, priorities, and risk-based test strategies.
- Document defects, execute test plans, provide manual testing when needed, and support debugging.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, product, architecture, and release management teams.
- Mentor team members, provide quality engineering leadership, and support CI onboarding.
- Research and implement new automation technologies, including AI-assisted testing approaches.
- Improve automation coverage, test stability, and quality metrics.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of QA/SDET experience.
- Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Postman, Insomnia, NodeJS, Mocha, and Cucumber.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Harness.
- Familiarity with Agile, TDD, and BDD.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.
- Preferred familiarity with AngularJS and modern web frameworks.
- Preferred experience with GenAI, AI/ML, advanced automation augmentation tools, JIRA, Xray, qTest, and Allure Reports.
- Preferred experience testing enterprise business platforms such as Workday and SAP.
