Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and execute comprehensive API testing plans and test cases.
- Use automated testing tools and frameworks for API testing.
- Analyze and troubleshoot API functionality, performance, and security issues.
- Contribute to team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in API testing.
- Proficiency in API testing, including test planning and test case execution.
- Strong knowledge of automated API testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot API functionality, performance, and security issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services and their testing methodologies.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
