Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end testing of the Dialpad CTI within Salesforce.
- Validate core CCaaS features such as click-to-dial and SMS syncing.
- Ensure accurate data integrity for call recordings and transcripts.
- Maintain a robust regression suite for Salesforce and Dialpad updates.
- Identify, document, and track bugs in Jira.
- Assist in transitioning manual test cases into automated scripts.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Web Testing with a BS in Software Engineering or related field.
- Strong technical competency with desktop applications and functional testing.
- Solid understanding of CCaaS or UCaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Objects and CTI Softphones.
- Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman.
- Ability to read Salesforce debug logs to identify integration failures.
- Experience in VoIP and Telecommunication Systems is a plus.
