Responsibilities
- Review model-generated multi-step reasoning sequences.
- Identify logical inconsistencies and weak reasoning steps.
- Improve trajectory structures to produce stronger, production-grade outputs.
- Evaluate reasoning quality across different programming environments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least two mainstream programming languages, such as Python, C++, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Real-world development experience in backend systems, frontend applications, algorithms, testing, or infrastructure.
- Comfort reading and reasoning through large GitHub repositories.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience contributing to high-visibility or high-star GitHub repositories is a strong plus.
