Responsibilities
- Lead engineering challenges to build and evolve capable AI agent systems.
- Define and deliver frontier AI distributed systems for production at scale.
- Set technical direction and influence the engineering roadmap.
- Maintain high standards for code quality and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align teams on product development.
- Mentor and develop engineers on technical design and execution.
- Work closely with machine learning engineers to define system architecture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in designing and improving production systems.
- Proven ability to lead technical design across multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills for complex engineering problems.
- Ability to give and receive feedback while maintaining high standards.
- Proficiency in a Mac development environment with Python, Golang, or Java.
- Desire to work at a fast pace with a high degree of ownership.
- Attention to detail with a track record of high-quality system delivery.
- Curiosity about engineering and a desire to stay at the cutting edge of AI.
