Responsibilities

  • Design secure, scalable, multi-tenant platform architectures for governed access to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and related enterprise services.
  • Review application architectures for access patterns, identity integration, data flow, tenant isolation, compliance alignment, and operational readiness.
  • Build and guide engineering solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams applications, Exchange extensibility, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Agent SDK, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Partner with product engineering, security, compliance, service operations, and business stakeholders to improve enterprise service capabilities.
  • Define standards for observability, troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, automation, reliability, and supportability.
  • Use telemetry, network traces, protocol-level analysis, and operational signals to identify issues and improve service design and implementation.
  • Mentor engineers and influence architecture decisions through design reviews, technical documentation, reusable patterns, and governance.
  • Automate tenant management, access governance, platform administration, and operational workflows using Azure, PowerShell, APIs, and AI-assisted engineering approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 9+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, Azure services, tenant administration, system administration, and operational troubleshooting in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience designing or reviewing architectures involving Microsoft 365, Teams applications, Exchange extensibility, Power Platform, enterprise APIs, identity, and access management.
  • Experience with Azure architecture, cloud operations, automation, monitoring, service reliability, and secure engineering practices.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Entra ID, Dataverse, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Agent SDK, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs, PowerShell, automation frameworks, and cloud-native integration patterns.
  • Understanding of SMTP, POP, IMAP, OAuth, HTTP, DNS, and network trace analysis.
  • Ability to lead architecture reviews, produce technical designs, perform incident analysis, and collaborate across engineering, operations, security, and product teams.
  • Preferred experience operating large-scale multi-tenant platforms and leading architecture reviews, technical standards, platform modernization, and cross-functional technical strategy.
  • Preferred experience with Customer Zero programs, feature validation, early-adopter engagements, or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
  • Microsoft or industry certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Power Platform Solution Architect, or equivalent cloud architecture certifications are preferred.
