Base Salary
$129k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the work of small groups of four to six engineers, including offshore associates, by providing direction, documentation, examples, and solution reviews.
- Troubleshoot business and production issues, coordinate support teams, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.
- Support business users by addressing technical questions, implementation strategies, and issue resolutions.
- Lead discovery and high-level design for medium to large projects with product, project management, business, and user experience teams.
- Translate project requirements into technical solutions, write and develop code, conduct unit testing, and resolve bugs.
- Communicate project status and issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, support on-time delivery and handoffs, and provide project leadership.
- Design and implement meat manufacturing processes, manufacturing and costing bills of materials, SAP workflows, ERP integrations, and SAP security role management.
- Execute SAP warehouse processes and manage support incidents and monitoring activities using ServiceNow, XMatters, and AirWatch.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus five years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus two years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
- Experience with meat manufacturing process design, including transformation, quality specifications, bills of materials, and product costing.
- Experience implementing meat manufacturing best practices across productivity, quality, and costing.
- Experience creating manufacturing and costing bills of materials in SAP.
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, request intake using JIRA, and change management strategies for SAP implementations.
- Experience with yields, key industry metrics, and software development ERP relationships.
- Experience managing SAP Security roles and approvals.
- Experience executing warehouse processes in SAP eWM, including PO GRs, Process Order GR, STO, and SO GI.
- Experience integrating sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, sales, quality control, finance, and management business processes using ERPs.
- Experience creating and managing support incidents in ServiceNow, configuring XMatters, and monitoring mobile devices with AirWatch.
