Base Salary
$90k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own scoped feature or ML model delivery through implementation, iteration, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing support.
- Write clean, efficient, reliable code and build applications, services, APIs, user interfaces, scripts, telemetry, and automation.
- Integrate AI agents and ML components through internal and external APIs and use GenAI development tools to improve engineering velocity.
- Convert high-level designs into detailed designs, evaluate technical trade-offs, and build scalable, secure, maintainable systems.
- Define technical requirements and success metrics with stakeholders and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, defect management, performance monitoring, and maintenance procedures.
- Support CI/CD, automated testing, observability, program reporting, logging, system uptime, and delivered-feature quality.
- Contribute to engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, innovation, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related area plus one year of software engineering or related experience; or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a listed field plus three years of relevant experience.
- Experience developing applications with an object-oriented language such as C# or Java.
- Experience developing front-end applications with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS.
- Experience deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms, including Azure Service Bus for asynchronous messaging.
- Experience with MSSQL databases and Stored Procedures.
- Experience with Test Driven Development, functional testing, performance testing, and unit testing tools.
- Experience designing and implementing REST services, working with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools such as GitHub, applying SOLID principles, and migrating legacy systems.
