Responsibilities
- Own multi-phase full-stack product capabilities from requirements to ongoing operation.
- Design and evolve scalable web experiences, services, APIs, and data models.
- Make architecture and scope tradeoffs balancing customer needs and technical constraints.
- Improve observability, testing, and incident readiness while leading debugging efforts.
- Utilize AI and automation tools for implementation and operational workflows.
- Align cross-team dependencies and create leverage through reusable components and documentation.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack systems.
- Experience designing and operating large-scale, customer-facing web applications.
- Strong frontend skills in TypeScript or JavaScript and modern frameworks like React.
- Experience with at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-phase initiatives with scope adjustments.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions and align dependencies across teams.
