Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver software development initiatives from initiation through final implementation.
- Deploy .NET applications through CI/CD automation, environment management, configuration, and production release governance.
- Optimize scalable engineering solutions through system integration, unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Implement version control and collaborative development features using Bitbucket, JIRA, UDeploy, TeamCity, Jenkins, IntelliJ, Maven, JUnit, Log4j, and Cygwin.
- Develop JavaScript frameworks and Python-based backend integrations using Spring, Spring Boot, distributed microservices, RESTful, and event-driven systems.
- Design secure application architectures with authentication and authorization frameworks, conduct code reviews, and enforce secure coding standards.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code and containerized deployment solutions using Docker and Kubernetes across development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application and system health, perform root cause analysis and performance tuning, and implement incident response workflows to support high availability and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five years of progressively responsible experience deploying .NET applications and managing automation, environments, releases, testing, integrations, and production systems.
- Experience with Bitbucket, JIRA, UDeploy, TeamCity, Jenkins, IntelliJ, Maven, JUnit, Log4j, and Cygwin.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, Python-based backend integrations, Spring, Spring Boot, distributed microservices, RESTful systems, and event-driven systems.
- Experience designing secure application architectures, using authentication and authorization frameworks, conducting code reviews, and enforcing secure coding standards.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, performance tuning, and incident response.
