Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy high-quality consumer product features across web, mobile, and backend services.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Research teams to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions.
- Develop reusable and scalable code libraries and frameworks to accelerate product development.
- Iterate rapidly on product prototypes and features while balancing development velocity with code quality.
- Lead software design and system architecture for high-throughput distributed systems, foundation model runtimes, or client applications.
- Provide technical direction and guide project teams across complex cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, systems programming, or applied ML engineering, or equivalent education credit.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and launching large-scale production software products or foundation AI systems.
- At least 5 years of experience testing and launching software products with full-stack development across Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases.
- At least 3 years of experience leading software design and system architecture for high-throughput distributed systems, foundation model runtimes, or client applications.
- At least 3 years of experience with performance, system architecture, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, and debugging.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD, technical leadership experience, cross-functional initiative leadership, and experience developing, evaluating, or serving large language models, agentic workflows, multimodal pipelines, or AI runtime APIs.
