Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-based solutions to improve engineering team productivity.
- Build automations and AI agents for development, testing, documentation, and support tasks.
- Implement MCP and API integrations connecting AI assistants with internal systems.
- Promote Specification-Driven Development and AI-assisted development practices.
- Implement code-generation, test-generation, automated documentation, and code-analysis tools.
- Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, and DevOps teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows.
- Evaluate AI Engineering and Developer Experience technologies and tools.
- Promote effective AI adoption across the organization.
- Document tools, processes, and best practices and define a shared framework for the development team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Practical experience working with LLMs and generative-AI tools.
- Experience developing automations and API integrations.
- Knowledge of or experience with AI agents and automated workflows.
- Interest in improving development productivity through tools and processes.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ideas through to production.
- Experience with MCP is especially valued.
- Experience implementing Specification-Driven Development is especially valued.
- Experience driving adoption of AI tools in engineering teams is especially valued.
- Experience building internal developer tools is especially valued.
