Responsibilities

Draft system requirements detailing system behavior and constraints.
Create data dictionaries and data flow diagrams to ensure timely product delivery.
Document functional requirements that clarify product features for engineers.
Formulate and maintain a project backlog reflecting business needs.
Evaluate customer and stakeholder needs to define product requirements.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to analyze operational processes.
Document software implementations for future reference.
Record decisions and reasons from team and stakeholder meetings.
Gather information through process mapping and workshops.
Assess business requirements and document them through various formats.
Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
Present product features in alignment with business strategy.
Coordinate complex research and analysis from idea generation to implementation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Experience in documenting requirements for stakeholders and developers.
Proactive communication skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
Ability to troubleshoot data inaccuracies and recommend corrective actions.
Prior experience with Scrum and relevant certifications preferred.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence preferred.
Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.
Integrity and collaborative partnership skills.
Advanced experience with SQL databases and ETL processes.
