Responsibilities
- Write, test, document, and maintain software features and components.
- Create technical documentation for systems, features, and components.
- Develop automated unit tests and support automated end-to-end testing.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and follow Agile development practices.
- Improve, enhance, and support existing operations.
- Design, build, install, configure, and support production deployments.
- Implement security and data privacy best practices.
- Create scalable, high-performance web services for data tracking.
- Test prototypes and oversee their handover to operational teams.
- Provide guidance and training to individuals and functional groups.
- Mentor entry-level engineers and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience developing with C#/.NET or similar object-oriented languages.
- Experience developing with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
- Experience with structured databases such as SQL or MySQL.
- Preferred experience with TFS, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, and JAMA.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Preferred experience with Entity Framework, Red Hat AMQ or ActiveMQ, REST APIs, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD authentication, and SaaS monitoring solutions such as Datadog.
