Responsibilities
- Write, test, document, and maintain software for payment features.
- Design and build scalable, high-performance web services for data tracking.
- Create automated unit tests and support automated end-to-end testing.
- Design, build, install, configure, and support production deployments.
- Improve, enhance, and support existing operations and software.
- Implement security and data privacy best practices.
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and agile development practices.
- Test prototypes and oversee their handover to operational teams.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to engineers and other functional groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of professional experience.
- Experience developing with C#/.NET or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience developing with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
- Experience with structured databases such as SQL or MySQL.
- Preferred experience with TFS, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, JAMA, Kubernetes, Docker, Entity Framework, RedHat A-MQ or ActiveMQ, REST APIs, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD authentication, and SaaS solution monitoring tools such as Datadog.
