Base Salary
$130k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and implementation for new enterprise customers.
- Build, deploy, and optimize features that integrate customer systems with Gradial’s platform.
- Develop reusable tools and configuration layers for scalable onboarding.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements and iterate solutions.
- Work with product and engineering teams to incorporate field learnings into the roadmap.
- Contribute to internal documentation and implementation playbooks.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience.
- Proficient in programming languages such as TypeScript and understanding of APIs.
- Ability to understand and integrate unfamiliar technical ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating independently.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in content or digital operations.
- Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Prior experience in consulting or technical solution engineering.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements.
