Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
- Configure Salesforce features, objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement data migration, transformation, and integration strategies that preserve data integrity, security, and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers.
- Plan and execute unit and integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing, and oversee controlled production deployments.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and maintain Salesforce best-practice compliance.
- Implement Salesforce security measures and support compliance with industry regulations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
- Work during the Eastern time zone.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of total experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components experience.
- Experience with CTI and Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, security best practices, Flows, sharing rules, organization-wide defaults, Data Loader, and Lightning App Builder.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the healthcare domain and Health Cloud is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and business-requirements translation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems.
