Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Participate in technical design sessions to identify and document technical solutions.
- Develop microservices with AWS serverless architecture.
- Act as a trusted advisor with a consultative mindset in stakeholder interactions.
- Foster a best-in-class team culture through partnership and transparent feedback.
- Drive continual improvement in system efficiency and customer trust.
- Provide technical direction to junior engineers.
- Support legacy code while building future state systems.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4-8 years of hands-on development experience with modern programming languages including NodeJS and Python.
- Experience designing and implementing REST and event-based services using AWS tools.
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud software solutions and internal system integration.
- Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Experience with both non-relational and relational database platforms.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven history of working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience developing and deploying APIs.
- Experience building infrastructure with Cloud Formation Templates.
