Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and code-quality expectations.
- Make technical decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate and deliver software components.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Java Standard Edition.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience developing scalable, high-performance applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Experience or knowledge of Spring Boot, AWS Administration, and Apache Administration is preferred.
- Ability to lead technical decisions, collaborate across teams, and guide software delivery.
