Responsibilities
- Understand requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software requirements.
- Design, code, test, modify, maintain, and deploy software solutions for client environments.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot errors, perform root-cause analysis, improve system performance, and address availability issues.
- Analyze proposed systems and recommend installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems.
- Prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, diagrams, code comments, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and other team members.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, track faults, and support timely delivery.
- Maintain customer-focused communication and respond promptly to customer requests.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to develop technical skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, maintaining, and deploying software programs.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software problems, system flows, and operational feasibility.
- Ability to create and execute software validation test cases and resolve defects.
- Ability to document solutions and communicate effectively with technical teams, project teams, and clients.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, participate in training, and complete relevant certifications.
