Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale software solutions.
- Own technical strategy, product vision, delivery timelines, and technical outcomes for key products or programs.
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and establish coding, design, and system-design best practices.
- Solve ambiguous, high-impact problems and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive project planning, estimation, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, innovation, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications using .NET, React, Azure cloud services, and microservices architecture.
- Deep expertise in system design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering complex solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, business acumen, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI is highly desirable.
