Responsibilities
- Design, configure, customize, support, and enhance SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end solution design, integrations, statutory compliance, testing, payroll processing, and operational support.
- Configure Time Management, Positive/Negative Time Evaluation, Absence Management, and payroll processes.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into application solutions.
- Troubleshoot payroll processing and system configuration issues and improve application performance and user experience.
- Perform data migration and validation within SAP HCM Payroll.
- Document technical specifications and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge with and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll and strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within SAP environments.
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business needs.
- Experience with Time Management, Positive/Negative Time Evaluation, Absence Management, and Payroll Processing.
- Ability to troubleshoot payroll processing and system configuration issues.
- Familiarity with data migration and validation techniques within SAP HCM Payroll.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
- Experience supporting payroll for the UK, Singapore, Australia, the US, Canada, and New Zealand.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
